What satisfies you? What is important to you in a job and what are your limits? Where will you draw the line? Will your decision to have job satisfaction be compromising at all your values system?

It is a good idea to think about why a particular job appeals to you and what the motivation behind the job satisfier is. Typical considerations you could ask yourself (depending, of course, on what the Terms of Reference are asking of a candidate) could include:
