Values System
Your personal values will underpin all career choices that you will be likely to make. Consider your value system when making a career plan and don't underestimate the importance of the role it plays in your overall career management.
You also need to consider the ethics and values of the organization, where you would like to work, in relation to your personal values. Work values are often overlooked when making career decisions, but they can be vital to success and find satisfaction in your career. They may not be listed in the job description, but you should think about them as carefully as you would consider job responsibilities, working hours and the compensation and benefits package.
