Counselling

A counselling facility has been established so that JPOs are in a position to discuss their concerns or issues that are affecting their well-being and/or job performance. As some workplace situations are at times difficult to cope with or to manage independently, our counselling service is aimed at assisting staff in resolving acute problems of this nature. Kindly note that we expect a JPO to first make a genuine attempt at addressing the problem/conflict at the country office level, prior to referring the matter to us. Your HR Associate will remain your primary focal point on any counselling matters.

Please note that the core office hours of the JPO Service Centre are 09:00 to 17:00, Copenhagen time (GMT +1).

Urgent operational issues

With regard to urgent operational issues (security concerns, medical evacuations, etc.) please feel free to call Ms. Lykke Andersen, JPOSC Manager, at +45 5151 9343. She can be reached at this number 24 hours a day.
