Q - My webcam is not working with Skype
A - Unfortunately the webcam option for Skype does not work with Windows version earlier than Windows
XP (e.g. Windows 2000). The webcam will work with other programs but not with Skype.
One way to check if the webcam works with your windows version is to go into the Skype window and select Tools / Options / click on the left side Video - if all the options in this section is greyed out then your windows version will not work with the webcam option in Skype.
