A joint e-mail has been established to cater for the extensive interest from UNDP staff to support the recovery work volunteer@undp.org and this approach also applies to JPOs. |
We are delighted to announce the launch of our new e-Mentoring Programme.
 The objective of the JPO Induction e-Mentoring Programme is to support new JPOs assigned to UNDP in taking up their assignment. The Programme will match new JPOs with experienced JPOs in their second or third year of the JPO assignment, Special Assistants to the UN Resident Coordinator (SARCs), or current UNDP staff members who were recently JPOs. It is the intention that experienced current JPOs, SARCs, or former JPOs will mentor new JPOs during the first six months of their assignment. |

DANIDA agrees to third year funding
The Danish International Development Assistance (DANIDA) has agreed to fully fund the JPO programme over a three year period.
