To be eligible to apply for one or more of the posts, candidates had to:
- Hold Saudi Arabian citizenship;
- Have completed a university degree equivalent to an M.A./M.Sc. in a relevant
area of study;
- Have a minimum of one year's working experience;
- Be under the age of 33 at the time of application.
